OwnersAway are always looking for quality rental properties for prospective clients. Golf apartments, villas with pools and homes by the sea rent steadily throughout the year.For property owners who wish to generate some rental income from their investment here on the Costa Calida, we can offer a wide range of rental management services.

As well as handling the administrative side of your letting income, we can also provide a range of services to make your guests stay more relaxing and enjoyable.

If you are looking for a property to rent, whether a villa for a holiday, or a long term rental on the Costa Calida, check out our available properties, and contact us for further information or to discuss your requirements.

 Should your guests require any of our additional services, such as “Meet and Greet” ,baby equipment or welcome packs, these can be pre-booked and paid for in advance separately.

However, please note that if you choose to manage your own bookings, OwnersAway are responsible only for additional services booked. In the event that your guests have a problem or complaint about their holiday, they must deal directly with the property owner. We cannot act as the first point of contact for bookings that are not contracted via our website.

Keyholder Only
Sometimes keys do get lost, or even locked into the apartment! Should you wish us to solely act as keyholders, we can keep a spare key for your property in our safe, ensuring that in the event of an emergency, you or your guests can get access to the property.
The fee for this is 50 euros plus IVA per year.

We will also pass the key on to any approved tradesmen, should you require work or emergency repairs on the property. The owner must provide written authorisation for this, and the tradesman must provide some form of identification.

Meet and Greet Service
Should you wish us to meet your guests on arrival, show them your property and handover the keys, we can arrange to do this for you.

For arrivals in normal working hours between 10am and 6pm, Monday to Saturday, there is a fixed charge of 20 euros. This includes up to one hour of waiting time. Any additional hours are charged at 15 euros per hour.

For arrivals between the hours of 7pm and 10am or on a Sunday or Local / National holiday, the charge is 30 euros for the first hour, and 25 euros for each additional hour.
Meet and Greet services must be pre-paid by guests or owners. This service is available for properties within 30km of our base. For other locations, please ask for a quotation.


Property Letting Service
Should you wish us to manage your short term lettings for you, we can deal with all the administrative aspects and save you the time and effort required to manage your rental property effectively. For all rental bookings made via OwnersAway we will:

• Answer any enquiries
• Take bookings and prepare a contract for the terms of each rental
• Hold security deposits
• Take payments from clients on your behalf
• email directions to your property.
• Should you wish, we will prepare an information folder for your guests, specific to your property, with information about the house itself, the surrounding area, and relevant tourist information guides.
• We will act as the first point of contact for your guests in the event of a problem, during normal office hours from 10am to 7pm. Outside of these hours, we respectfully remind Owners and Guests that we should only be contacted in the event of an emergency.
• Owners should provide us with a full inventory for the property, or we can prepare this for you for a small charge.
• When guests leave, we will check the condition of the property and the inventory and inform you of any discrepancy prior to the return of the security bond.
• Meet and greet on arrival

Please note, availability of the property will ALWAYS need to be confirmed by the owner before bookings can be finalised. Unless owner agrees with instant booking. The charge for this service is 20 % of the rental income, plus IVA.

Long Term Rental Properties
For long term rental properties we will:

• Show prospective clients around your property.
• Should a rental be agreed, we will provide the legal rental agreement in Spanish and English
• We will hold the security bond in an independent bank account
• Owners of furnished properties must provide a full inventory, or we can prepare this for you for a small charge
• We will collect rent from the tenant
• Meet and greet on arrival
• Full clean and laundry of the property
  
• At the end of the rental period, we will check the property for damage and against the inventory before returning the bond.

The charge for this service is 12% of the agreed monthly rent, plus IVA.
