Description: Have fun with the whole family in this stylish accommodation. This lovely duplex style holiday home is ideally located for family vacations, with easy access to the beach and all amenities. The house is in the El Alamillo area of Puerto de Mazarrn, a short walk from bars, and restaurants.
The accomodation comprises: tiled area to front of property with a lovely seating sofa area to enjoy the sun and sunloungers to do some sunbathing. Front door leads into the open plan living area, with fully equipped kitchen to one side and shower room with toilet to the other side.
The kitchen has a hob, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave,kettle, toaster and coffee maker plus plenty of crockery and cutlery, pots and pans.
The open plan living room has a dining area with table and chairs to one side, and a large comfortable sofa in front of the flat screen TV, ideal for relaxing after a hard day at the beach. The property has free internet access,
From the living area, sliding doors lead to the terrace where you will find a dining table and chairs for eating outdoors and enjoying the views across the bay. BBQ is also available and a parasol. Enjoy.
Stairs lead up to the 3 bedrooms, 2 twin rooms and a double master bedroom. All bedrooms have wardrobes and storage space. There is a further full family bathroom on this floor.
The property has air conditioning throughout ( also with heating mode), with a system for the bedrooms and a separate unit for the downstairs living area. Air conditioning runs by card meter with 10 credit included per booking. Additional cards may be bought from us on arrival or during your stay.
The complex has a communal pool only 20 m away, which is safe and only for residents of the complex.
To the side of the property there is a closed spiral staircase that leads to a panoramic roof terrace with beautiful views of the sea, mountains and countryside. This upper sun terrace has also a table and chairs and an open air shower to cool down while enjoying the beautiful views. The gate needs to be closed for kids.
Smoking only on the terrace, pets are allowed in this property, but only when requested and agreed.
