Description: This large and beautiful 3 bedroom detached villa with private pool is ideally located on the Camposol urbanisation, sector D. You can park easily in the street in front of the villa or you can park on the driveway, off road parking.
Villa Jazmin is equipped with everything guests need for a relaxing stay. The living room is furnished with 2 sofa's, a dining table and benefits from a stove, making this property ideal for winter stays and an air conditioning unit for summer. There is Spanish TV and free Wifi available, making it easy to stay in touch and entertain the kids in the group.
The large kitchen has all fitted white goods, and includes a dishwasher and microwave, plus all the utensils needed for a self catering holiday, such as oven hob, fridge, freezer, kettle and toaster. There is also a small utility terrace at the rear of the villa where the washing machine is placed.
Externally, the gardens are laid to gravel for easy maintenance. The palm trees and other trees give the property an exotic touch. At the back of the property there is pergola with a table with 6 chairs for lovely lunches and dinners, or just a glass of wine . The upper solarium is accessed via stairs, and provides the ideal place for a spot of sunbathing in private. There is also a bbq on coil.
The villa has a private pool of 10 x 5, there are sunloungers and parasols to have some shade in summer. There is also a stone table which gives shade in the afternoon.

The golf course is not far away on sector C and also offers golfers a challenging Jack Nicklaus designed course.The commercial centre on Sector B is a 10 minute drive, and there is a wider choice of bars and restaurants here, along with a large supermarket and other shops.
The villa is ideal as a base for a golfing holiday, or simply to explore the area. The cities of Murcia and Cartagena are both within 45 minutes drive, offering museums, cathedrals, castles and more. The shopping centres of Nueva Condomina and Espacio Mediterraneo are also within easy reach for a little retail therapy.
