Description: This bright and modern apartment is located on the popular resort of Mojon Hills, just outside the pretty village of Isla Plana. The apartment is on the lower levels of the resort with easy access. The apartment is ideally located just above the communal pool, making it a great position for families with children.

The apartment is furnished and decorated to a high standard and the accommodation comprises: Front door accessed by stairs from the street or the secure underground car park. Direct access into the living and dining area, with comfortable seating, flat screen TV, small folding dining table and 2 chairs. Further dining area on the terrace with large glass table and 4 chairs.

The galley kitchen is equipped with everything needed for a self catering holiday, including dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster. There is a washing machine on the outside terrace. Patio doors from the living room lead out on to the large sun terrace, with patio dining set, parasol for shade and sun loungers.

The apartment has the benefit of an additional terraced area at the side, as it is the end unit, meaning that there is extra secure space for the younger family members to play.

The bathroom has shower, basin, WC and the corridor leads to the two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and patio doors onto the sun terrace. The smaller bedroom has twin beds, and is ideal for children and teenagers. Both rooms have fitted wardrobes.

The apartment has Aircon run on a ducted system, with vents in both bedrooms and the living room. The system can blow either hot or cold air, making the apartment ideal for an all year round rental.

Parking is in the secure underground car park in an allocated bay, and access to parking and pool is by a "residents only" fob system.

Mojon Hills resort is just a 10 minute walk from the nearest beach down the hill, and there are bars , restaurants and local amenities such as shops and a supermarket in the village. The younger members of the family will adore the sandy beaches of Isla Plana, which are closest to the complex .

A larger selection of beaches are to found in Puerto de Mazarrón, Bahia and Bolnuevo. Many are blue flag beaches meeting European quality standards.

The new marina at Puerto de Mazarron is a short drive away, and here you will also find a large selection of shops, bars and restaurants. Whilst a car is not essential, we recommend car hire to fully enjoy the area. The Mojon Hills complex is ideally placed to visit Cartagena, Mazarrón and the Sierra Espuñas inland. Whatever the season, there is something close by to enjoy!
