This new 2 bed, 1 bath apartment has just been completed and is ready for rental for the summer season. The apartment has great views from the large terrace over the resort and to the Bay of Mazarr�n and the mountains beyond.
Ideal for both holiday rental and longer stays, this comfortable apartment has all you need for an enjoyable break in this corner of the Murcia region.
The accommodation comprises: open plan living and dining area with comfortable seating, dining table for 4 people, large TV. Galley kitchen has all new white goods and small electrical appliances, including microwave, oven and hob. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and fitted wardrobes, and the other with twin beds, making it an ideal family apartment. There is airconditioning via a ducted system which can be used to either heat or cool the apartment, and makes it suitable for year round living in the sun.
The large terraces to the front of the apartment have a patio set and 4 chairs and lovely views over the resort.
Upon leaving the apartment, a short walk brings you to the communal pool, with large grassy area making it ideal for sunbathing and children. The pool is for use of residents only.
However, for the younger members of the family, the sandy beaches of Isla Plana are just a short walk away from the complex, and a larger selection of beaches are to found in Puerto de Mazarr�n, Bahia and Bolnuevo. Many are blue flag beaches meeting European quality standards.
The new marina at Puerto de Mazarron is also a short drive away, and here you will also find a large selection of shops, bars and restaurants. Whilst a car is not essential, we recommend car hire to fully enjoy the area. The apartment is ideally placed to visit Cartagena, Mazarron and the Sierra Espu�as inland. Whatever the season, there is something close by to enjoy!
Pets are not permitted in this apartment and smoking allowed on terrace only.
Aircon runs by card meter with 10 euro credit included per booking. Additional cards may be bought from local management company.
