Description: These two apartments are next door to each other on the popular Mojon Hills resort, just outside the pretty traditional Spanish village of Isla Plana. Both apartments are identical, with the same fixtures, fittings and furniture, and have been completed to a high standard. They are just a few paces away from the lovely communal pool and grass play area. The prices given are for BOTH apartments, however they are also for rent as individual units on our site.

The accommodation in EACH apartment comprises: access via stairs and walkway from the secure underground parking, where there is an allocated parking space. The terraces have views to the left over the resort and to the sea. There are sun loungers with parasol, outside dining table and chairs and a large BBQ for guests to enjoy cooking and eating in the sunshine.

The front door leads directly into the open plan living & dining area, where there is a dining table seating 4 people and a comfortable sofa in front of the flat screen TV. The compact kitchen has a hob, oven, washing machine and small appliances needed for a self catering break.

From the living area a hallway leads to the bathroom, with walk-in shower cubicle, WC and basin and then on to the bedrooms. The larger master bedroom has a double bed and patio doors giving access directly to the large terrace. The smaller room has twin beds. Both bedrooms and the living area have airconditioning, which can be used for both cooling and heating the apartment via a ducted system. The aircon runs on a smartcard meter, and 10 euros credit is included on arrival for guests, who can then contact the local management company to top up the meter as required.

The resort has several large communal pools, and for this apartment the pool area is just a few yards walk away. when rented together, the apartments provide 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and make an ideal base for extended family or friends travelling in groups.

Mojon Hills resort is just a 10 minute walk from the nearest beach down the hill, and there are bars , restaurants and local amenities such as shops and a supermarket in the village. The younger members of the family will adore the sandy beaches of Isla Plana, which are closest to the complex .

A larger selection of beaches are to found in Puerto de Mazarrón, Bahia and Bolnuevo. Many are blue flag beaches meeting European quality standards.

The new marina at Puerto de Mazarron is a short drive away, and here you will also find a large selection of shops, bars and restaurants. Whilst a car is not essential, we recommend car hire to fully enjoy the area. The Mojon Hills complex is ideally placed to visit Cartagena, Mazarrón and the Sierra Espuñas inland. Whatever the season, there is something close by to enjoy!

Pets are permitted in this apartment only with the owners prior permission and smoking allowed on terrace only. Aircon runs by card meter with 10€ credit included per booking. Additional cards may be bought from local management company.
