Description: This 2 bed 2 bath villa is located on the lovely resort of Mojon hills, close to the traditional Spanish village of Isla Plana. The villa has sea views from the terraces and is perfectly located for a holiday in the sun.

The accommodation comprises: open plan living / dining area, with fitted kitchen and white goods. The living area has large TV and sofa, with French windows leading to the terrace where there is a further patio set for dining outside. There are 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and one with twin beds, ideal for family holidays. Both have fitted wardrobes and ample storage space. The master bedroom also has an en-suite shower room with walk in shower, whilst there is a second shower room for the use of other guests.

The villa has airconditioning which is run by a pay-as-you-use meter system. 10€ credit per week is included at the time of booking. All other utilities are included in the rental price. Externally, stairs from the front of the villa lead to the large upper sun solarium, where there are stunning sea views across to Isla Plana and the Bay of Mazarrón. The property has a dining set on the upper solarium, and also a bar set with high stools, making this the ideal place to enjoy the stunning views. The villa is located next to the communal pool and guests have use of the large communal pool and garden, which is for residents only and accessed with a key, but if you prefer to swim in the sea, then just a 5 minute gentle walk brings you to the nearest beach . The main beach in Isla Plana is a 15 minutes away.

The village of Isla Plana is a short walk, and here there is a bakers, butchers, fish shop, chemists, bank and a selection of bars and restaurants.The beaches of Puerto de Mazarron and the new marina are just a short drive away, and here you will also find a larger selection of shops, supermarkets,bars and restaurants. Whilst a car is not essential, we recommend car hire to fully enjoy the area.

The villa is ideally placed to visit Cartagena, Mazarrón, Camposol and the Sierra Espuñas inland. Whatever the season, there is something close by to enjoy!

Longer term stays possible, please ask for prices. Pets are not allowed and smoking allowed on terrace only. Aircon runs by card meter with 10€ credit included per booking. Additional cards may be bought from local management company.
