Description: This spacious and modern detached villa is in a quiet residential area close to the beach, within easy reach of all amenities.

The villa is set on a good sized plot, laid to paving, and the lower floor is accessible for clients with limited mobility.

The accommodation comprises: garden and terrace to front of the property, with off road parking space and driveway. There is a covered sun terrace to the front of the villa and entrance door into the property.

The hallway leads into the large living and dining area, where there is a log burner, comfortable sofas and a large dining table. The villa has a large TV, and there are channels in English. Free Wifi is available. Sliding glass doors lead from the living room onto the elevated terrace at the rear of the house, which is spacious and offers the ideal spot to enjoy the views over to the sea whilst eating outside in the fresh air. The terrace is covered, and has a patio set.

The separate kitchen is well equipped and has large fridge freezer, microwave, oven and hob, plus small electrical appliances. On the lower floor there is a double bedroom, family bathroom with oversized shower cubicle and a storage cupboard.

Stairs from the living room lead upstairs to 2 further bedrooms, and one of the rooms has twin beds which can be separated for flexibility in the sleeping arrangements. There is also a further family bathroom with bath and shower on this floor. A door leads out onto the upper level terrace, with views over to the sea.

The property is furnished to a high specification throughout, and there is airconditioning in the villa, which can provide both cool and hot air. The log burner also offers an alternative way to heat the villa for longer winter lets.

The swimming pool is to one side of the property and has tiled areas suitable for sunbathing and relaxing. There are stairs down to the pool from the terrace, or access via the rear garden.

The villa is ideally placed for a family holiday and is only 5 minutes drive from both the village of Isla Plana and the larger town of Puerto de Mazarrón. The closest beach is less than 10 minutes walk whilst the Blue Flag beaches of the larger town of Puerto de Mazarrón are 10 minutes away by car, with jetski hire, diving, boat trips and watersports in the área. The pretty marina at Puerto de Mazarron is a short drive away, and here you will also find a large selection of shops, bars and restaurants. The property is ideally placed to visit Cartagena, Mazarrón and the Sierra Espuñas inland. Car hire is recommended to fully explore the area as the city of Cartagena is a 20 minute drive away andf the provincial capital Murcia approximately a 45 minute drive. The wáter park and Terranatura zoo are also approx 45 minutes by car. Whatever the season, there is something close by to enjoy!

Longer term rentals may also be available, especially in the winter months. Pets are not permitted in this property. Smoking is permitted outside on the terrace only.
