Description: This 3 bed, 2 bath spacious duplex is located in El Alamillo with stunning views over the beaches and seafront at Puerto de Mazarrón. The property is raised, with stairs to the front entrance and terrace.
There is an open plan living and dining area, with electric fire, Satellite TV, and music centre leading onto the compact and well equipped kitchen. The kitchen overlooks the rear garden and pool area, and has all white goods and washing machine installed.
There are 2 bedrooms downstairs, a double room with fitted wardrobes and a twin bedroom. There is also a family bathroom with bath and shower.
Upstairs is a further bedroom with bunk beds, ideal for children, and the smaller bedroom here also has a DVD player to keep the younger ones entertained! There is also a second family bathroom upstairs.
At the front of the property is a large terrace with patio funriture, ideal for sitting and watching the sun set over the sea, and with beautiful views of the Port area. There is also a rear garden with a small plunge pool for cooling off on hotter days. The garden also has a covered area for outside dining, complete with patio set. There is a BBQ for guests to use.
Smoking is allowed outside the property only, and pets are allowed at the owners discretion. The house is also available for mid to long term rental for around 550 euros per calendar month plus utilities.
El Alamillo and Puerto de Mazarrón make an indeal destination for holidaymakers, and the area is particularly suited to young families. The beaches are within a short walk of the house, and there are several bars and restaurants nearby. The new marina and the paseo are within 20 minutes walk, offering a wider choice of bars, restaurants and beaches. Bolnuevo is just a 10 minute drive away.
There is plenty to explore in the area, and El Alamillo is an ideal base to discover both the sea and sand and the delights of the larger cities like Cartagena, a 30 minute drive away.
