Description: A bright, comfortable and homely apartment located in the secure "Las Brisas" complex in the pretty seaside resort of Puerto de Mazarrón. Las Brisas is a small development of apartments boasting a large communal pool, ample sunbathing terraces and spectacular views to the sea from the rooftop terraces. It is in the perfect position to walk into the bustling Port of Mazarrón, and is around 10 to 15 mins walk from the nearest beach.
This ground floor apartment is easily accessible and has 2 good sized bedrooms and sleeps 4 in comfort. The apartment has an attractive, open plan lounge and dining area, with TV and DVD. The living room opens out onto a balcony, with patio furniture, which overlooks the 25m communal pool and terrace areas.
The kitchen is fully fitted with all white goods, and contains all the essentials needed for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.
The large modern bathroom has a bath with shower over, bidet and WC, whilst the master bedroom has a large built in wardrobe and private small balcony overlooking the pool.
The smaller twin bedroom has two single beds, and both bedrooms have ceiling fans to cool you in the hot summer months. Portable aircon is also available. For cooler months, oil radiators are provided.
The secure, gated complex has private parking and offers ideal family holiday accommodation, and is close to the new marina, bars and restaurants of the Puerto area, whilst the nearest supermarkets are a short walk down the hill.The promenade and beach have plenty of bars and restaurants to cater for every taste, even in the winter months. The resort is a popular family holiday destination, and the bright lights of Murcia, Cartagena and the large shopping malls are all within 1 hours drive.
The apartment is non smoking, however smoking is permitted on the balcony and outside areas. Pets allowed at the owners discretion. Longer term rentals accepted, please contact us for rates. Bookings for Xmas and Easter weeks charged at 295 euros per week.
