Description: This delightful modern apartment with spacious terraces is located in the El Faro area of the popular seaside town of Puerto de Mazarrón. The apartment was been decorated and furnished to the highest standard, and has the benefit of stunning sea views over the bay of Mazarrón from the elevated position.

The apartment is in a small, modern block of flats with a communal pool and sun terraces, and is a 5 minute walk down steps to the promenade and pretty marina where there are many bars, restaurants and things do do!

Kids will enjoy the long sandy beach, with water sports such as diving and sailing available. There is a tourist train in high season, and a glass bottomed boat offering trips around the coastline. And with the larger cities and shopping centres of Cartagena and Murcia within 45 minutes drive, there is something to do for every member of the family.

The accommodation comprises: large lower terrace area on the ground floor, with stairs leading up to the smaller sun terrace with outdoor dining table and chairs, and front door. Entry directly into the living area, with sitting area, sofa bed and TV, and compact kitchen area to one side. The kitchen has all white goods and cooking utensils provided for self catering breaks. There are ceiling fans in the living area and bedrooms to keep guests cool.

From the rear of the kitchen area stairs lead to the hallway and bedrooms on the lower level. The hall has plenty of storage and hanging space for guests to use. The main bedroom has a double bed and patio doors opening out onto the very large sunbathing terrace at the front of the apartment, whilst the second bedroom has twin beds and a double width fitted wardrobe. Access to the utility terrace is from the second bedroom.

There is a shower room with glass shower cubicle, Wc, basin and bidet.

The apartments have a large communal terrace area for sunbathing, and a pool for residents to use. there is a lift in the building for ease of access. There is an allocated parking space in the garage.

The apartment is ideal for younger families and couples, and those wanting a location with easy access to the bars and restaurants in the marina. The popular cocktail bar "El Faro" is nearby, and there is also a pool here that clients may use if they buy drinks. The bar/café opens daily in high season from late afternoon and the sunset and views over the moonlit bay make a visit to El Faro a must! Children are welcome at the café and will love the enormous ice cream sundaes.

Yards from the apartment is the start of a clifftop coastal walk along the bay, and there are several places of cultural interest and small museums nearby. The apartment has Wifi available for a small weekly charge of 10 euros per week.

The resort of Puerto de Mazarrón is a popular family holiday destination due to the wonderful sandy beaches, and there is bowling, karting,golf, tennis and a wide variety of sports in the area.

Longer term rentals may also be available, especially in the winter months. Pets only permitted with the prior permission of the owner. Smoking is permitted outside on the terrace only.
