This 2 bed 2 bath attractive detached villa has everything needed for a family holiday in the sun, and is located at the bottom of the popular resort of Mojon Hills Isla Plana.

The villa is nicely furnished, and tastefully decorated in a clean, modern style. The accommodation comprises: stairs leading up to gravel garden with easily maintained palms and irrigation system. Entrance via front porch into the open plan living and dining area. The large dining table is perfect for eating indoors, although there is plenty of space below the covered pergola on the upper terrace if dining outside is your choice! The living room has comfortable sofas and a TV. Guests may use the internet via a router and will be given the access code.

There is a master suite with en-suite bathroom, containing full bath and shower over, double bed, dressing table and fitted wardrobes. The second bedroom also has a double bed and fitted wardrobes, and there is an additional shower room with WC.

The kitchen is fully equipped for even the keenest cooks, and there is fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and all small electrical appliances. The kitchen door leads to the water heater and utility area. Externally the villa has a garden with trampoline for the children to enjoy. Stairs lead up to the sun roof, with hammock and dining set under the pergola with views over to the sea. There is off road parking and ample parking is also available on the resort. The communal pool is in the next road, and can be accessed by guests with a key. There is a grass area and sun umbrellas here for all to enjoy, complete with jacuzzi style spa. If the beaches are of more interest for the smaller members of the party, then the closest beach is a 5 minute walk down the hill, and there are several Blue Flag sandy beaches within 10 minutes drive. The new marina at Puerto de Mazarron is also just a short drive away, and here you will also find a large selection of shops, bars and restaurants. Whilst a car is not essential, we recommend car hire to fully enjoy the area. The villa is ideally placed to visit Cartagena, Mazarrón and the Sierra Espuñas inland. Whatever the season, there is something close by to enjoy!

Pets allowed at owner´s discretion and with prior permission only and smoking allowed on terrace only. Aircon runs by card meter with 10€ credit included per booking. Additional cards may be bought from local management company.
