Description: This apartment is a very secure gated property in the Ladera del Mar complex set in the lovely village of Isla Plana. The complex had a large communal pool, set in pretty gardens, and overlooks the plaza and park, which is ideal for children to play in safety.

The apartment forms the complete lower half of a larger villa, offering private accommodation in this sought after area. The property has a huge South facing sun terrace for guests exclusive use, and sun blinds pulled down to the terrace to offer shade and protection from the wind, forming an all weather conservatory.

The elevated apartment overlooks the park, with stunning views to the sea and the bay of Mazarrón beyond. Inside the apartment has a large open plan living and dining area, with comfortable seating and plenty of room to relax. There is a dining area in front of the French windows.

The property has airconditioning in the main rooms, which acts as cooling and heating, making the apartment ideal for year round rental. The system runs with a card meter, meaning guests can use as much or as little as they need and can budget for cost, ideal in a longer Winter let. 10€ credit is included and more cards can be bought on arrival or as required from the local resort representative.

The property has a shower room and 2 bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed and fitted wardrobes, whilst the twin room has a raised bed with full size pull out single bed below.

Guests have use of the large communal pool and gardens, which is for residents only and accessed with a key, but if you prefer to swim in the sea, then just a 2 minute gentle walk brings you to the nearest beach . The main beach in Isla Plana is less than 10 minutes away. The village of Isla Plana is a short walk, and here there is a bakers, butchers, fish shop, chemists, bank and a selection of bars and restaurants.The beaches of Puerto de Mazarron and the new marina are just a short drive away, and here you will also find a larger selection of shops, supermarkets,bars and restaurants. Whilst a car is not essential, we recommend car hire to fully enjoy the area.

The apartment is ideally placed to visit Cartagena, Mazarrón, Camposol and the Sierra Espuñas inland. Whatever the season, there is something close by to enjoy!

Longer term stays possible, please ask for prices. Pets allowed at owner´s discretion and smoking allowed on terrace only. Aircon runs by card meter with 10€ credit included per booking. Additional cards may be bought from local management company. Cooker and water heater run on bottled gas, stays over 1 month are responsible for replacing gas after 1st bottle.
